Why is there no notification with the download link when I'm performing the Excel export for search results or the content of a set?

Answer

During the export, Alma displays a progress bar. Once the download is completed, the file will automatically be saved to your machine. If the export includes many records, and the download takes several minutes, the file might not be automatically saved to your machine. Instead, you will receive a green real-time notification once the export is concluded. The notification holds the link for the download

If you don't receive this notification, please check your Real-Time notification settings and make sure that the Export Option is flagged.
