    Question

Newly created Purchase Order Lines (POLs, POLines) appear with outdated "Expected Receipt Date", e.g. in the Claim list, or when creating a new POL with a template.

    Answer

This is caused by the acquisition template. By design, it can contain the expected receipt date.  To exclude it, create a new template without an Expected Receipt Date value.
