    Question

Attempting to create an electronic delivery service (GES) for a handful of our Dublin Core files, this General Electronic Service does not display in Primo.

This service looks for dc.type = Website. It exists in the CTO (Context Object).  How to enable this service to show up?

    Answer

As first step, ensure that the GES contains a ViewIt option:

In this case, checking the CTO showed that the resource_type is: websites.  This was added as an Input Parameter to the service availability rule:

Digital materials behave like electronic resources, in Primo.
