How do I hide the fines/fees from view in My Account in Primo VE?
Answer
To do this, ExLibris will need to disable the display of the fines/fees tab on the My Account page. This requires that ExLibris make a change to the My Account Menu Configuration mapping table. If you are in implementation, please ask your implementation team to make this change on your behalf; otherwise, please open a Salesforce case to to request this change.
