    Question

In the Fund Transactions tab, what does the "Expenditure" date reflect? Is it the date the invoice was loaded into Alma (and the cost of the item actually expended from the fund), or the date of the invoice?

    Answer

Confirmed by the Alma development team:

    1. The Expenditure transaction is the invoice date (not the date of the invoice creation).
    2. The Encumbrance transaction date is based on the Order (PO Line) date.
    3. The Disencumbrance transation date is the Encumbrance transaction date + milisecond (or few seconds) later.
