    Question

How to bypass this issue, where it is not possible to move a POL for an Electronic Collection, e.g. "Access Service - Subscription", to another Electronic Collection?

    Answer

An Alma experienced user found a solution:

    1. I created a set with the POL in it. I used the "Update PO Line - Advanced" job and changed the PO line type from "Access Service – Subscription", to "E-Collection – Subscription".

    2. Once the order line type was changed, I went into the E-Collection and tried one more time to add the PO Line in the General tab. It worked!  I was also able to change the bib reference to match the new e-collection I had moved it to.

    Thank you!
