I changed the e-mail in the addressFrom in a letter but it still does not use the new e-mail address. How do I fix this?
In this case it may be necessary to change the e-mail address in the Library Details of the library that is sending the letter.
- Go to the Configuration menu> Select a library to configure> Fulfillment menu> Library Management > Library Details> Contact Information.
- Update the Email address here to match the Email address from the addressFrom in the letter you configured.
- Save changes.
