How to change the addressFrom e-mail in a letter

I changed the e-mail in the addressFrom in a letter but it still does not use the new e-mail address. How do I fix this?

Answer

In this case it may be necessary to change the e-mail address in the Library Details of the library that is sending the letter.

1. Go to the Configuration menu> Select a library to configure> Fulfillment menu> Library Management > Library Details> Contact Information.
2. Update the Email address here to match the Email address from the addressFrom in the letter you configured.
3. Save changes.
