- Product: Alma
How can I receive an email notification/report when scheduled jobs, such as record imports, SIS synchronization jobs, and FTP processes, are completed in Alma?
- Go to Admin > Monitor Jobs.
- Click the 'Scheduled' tab.
- Find the job for which you would like to be notified.
- Click the Action (...) button for that row and select 'Email Notifications.'
- From this page:
- Click the 'Add User' link to select the Alma user(s) who should receive an email notification at their preferred email address, OR
- Click the 'Add Email Address' link to add a recipient who, for example, is not an Alma user, or would like to receive the notification at an alternate email to their Alma user's preferred email address.
- Check the "Send on Success" checkbox or/and the "Send on Error", depending on your preference.
- Click the 'Save' button.
