    Question

How can I receive an email notification/report when scheduled jobs, such as record imports, SIS synchronization jobs, and FTP processes, are completed in Alma?

    Answer

    1. Go to Admin > Monitor Jobs.
    2. Click the 'Scheduled' tab.
    3. Find the job for which you would like to be notified.
    4. Click the Action (...) button for that row and select 'Email Notifications.'
    5. From this page:
      • Click the 'Add User' link to select the Alma user(s) who should receive an email notification at their preferred email address, OR
      • Click the 'Add Email Address' link to add a recipient who, for example, is not an Alma user, or would like to receive the notification at an alternate email to their Alma user's preferred email address.
    6. Check the "Send on Success" checkbox or/and the "Send on Error", depending on your preference.
    7. Click the 'Save' button.
