    Question

How to avoid sending request to ILLiad via a General Electronic Service (GES), if ISSN or ISBN fields are empty?

    Answer

Use the Operator "Is Empty", to define the condition in which the GES will display.

For example, if the default rule of the GES is to display, then add a "Service Availability Rule" where if rft.isbn is not empty - then display is true.

    The same applies to rft.issn.
