Effective at the end of 2019, PubMed will be consolidating their LinkOut services, transitioning to Outside Tool only (called "Library LinkOut"), which will eliminate the option to upload holdings files to PubMed. See announcement from NLM for more information.
2. Define an integration profile so the OpenURL can resolve (interpret) the PMID
