Description

The automatic localization fails even if there is one or more item to fulfill the request. If doing the localization manually withe the "Locate" Button in ALMA Lending Requests lists the localization works properly.

Resolution

The unsuccessful locate is related to configuration of item availability/requestabilty. The manual locate (on the lending side) does not take the availability of the resource into account, so it might succeed when the auto locate fails. However the automatic localization of lending resource sharing requests checks the item availability.
