    Description

In an Overdue and Lost Loan Profile we want to use the parameter "Days After Status Date" but not the parameter "Days After Due Date" (which is empty). Nonetheless the system always assumes "0" for "Days After Due Date" because the job never sets any loans to lost before the due date is reached.

    Resolution

The Overdue and Lost Loans Job runs for overdue loans only. Before the due date is reached the loans are not considered and checked at all. Only after the due date the loans are checked if they meet the conditions in the relevant profiles. Therefore it is not possible to declare any item lost via this job before the due date is reached.
