    • Product: Alma

    Problem Symptoms:
When searching for an article via Primo, links do not resolve to the article level but instead resolve to the publication level.

    Cause:
Caused by the presence of a URL in the override field in the portfolio record

    Resolution:
    1. Search in the persistent search in electronic portfolios for the publication name
    2. Click Edit
    3. Select the linking information tab.
    4. Empty out the URL field.
    5. Save

The parser parameters may also need to be changed if they appear without "jkey=" in front of the parser url

To fix this add jkey="url" to the parser parameters override field, and save.
