Manage In Process Items: Patron and Library Requests filter doesn't work

• Product: Alma
• Product Version: January 2023
• Relevant for Installation Type: Multi-Tenant Direct, Dedicated-Direct, Local, TotalCare

1. Set location to an Acquisitions Department
2. Fulfillment > Manage In Process Items
3. Set request filter to Library Requests and see requests
4. Change request filter to Patron and Library Requests and see no requests

This is a known issue.  Currently there is no fix on the product work plan.
