    Normalization rules in the "Enhance the record" menu

    Description

    How do I add a normalization rule to the "Enhance the record" menu.

    Resolution

    There are no normalization rules in this menu but normalization processes. Normalization processes may contain more than one normalization rule.

    You create and maintain a normalization process here: configuration > resources > metadata configuration > marc21 bibliographic > Normalization tab > add process > give it a name > select marc drool normalization > select desired rule > save.

    Make sure that the normalization rule you are trying to use is shared (and not private).
