    Note on vendor communications not added to email sent to vendor

    Description

    When adding a communication to vendor and filling in the "Notes" field the according content is not displayed on the email sent to the vendor.

    Resolution

    The "Notes" field belongs to the attachment, and is not contained in the email.

    Same for the URL field.
