    Number of loans per circulation desk

    Problem Symptoms:
    In Alma Analytics we want to evaluate number of loans per circulation desk but the numbers are far too high. We suspect that In-house loans are counted as well. How can we deduct in-house loans?

    Cause:
    Suspicion is correct: In-house loans are counted as well.

    Resolution:
    Please filter by "in house loan indicator = N" in order to get reliable results. You find the in house loan indicator under the "Loan Details" dimension.
