Symptoms

Primo search box widget on Alma dashboard does not persist to Primo. Search terms need to be entered twice, once in Alma and again in Primo.
 

Solution

Site now uses successfully this URL:
http://<host[:port]>/primo_library/libweb/action/dlSearch.do?institution=INSTITUTIONNAME&vid=VIEWNAME&onCampus=true&tab=TABNAME&search_scope=SCOPENAME&indx=1&bulkSize=50

Please replace these parameters to your own: institution vid, tab, search_scope.

"onCampus" value is used by the site which shared their widget.
