Question

I configured a Public Note in the Notes tab of a standalone portfolio but it does not show in Primo. How can I get the note to display in Primo?

Answer

If you have Group Settings identified for the portfolio you will need to add the Public Note there, instead of in the Notes tab of the portfolio.

1. Edit portfolio> Go to Group Setting tab
2. Find Group Name> Row Actions> Edit> Add Public Note here
