    Requests missing in Analytics Requests subject area

    When doing a report on requests in the Requests subect area in Analytics, some requests are missing.


    This is probably because you added item information (barcodes) to your report.

    When a request is not fulfilled yet, there are often several items that can fulfill it. So the item is only assigned to the request in the moment when it is fulfilled. If you want to include unfulfilled requests in your report, we recommend to omit barcodes and other physical item information.
