Resource requests slips are no longer printed. Selecting "Print Slip" from the Pick from Shelf workbench does not trigger an e-mail or print out and no error message is generated. How can this be fixed?
The printer's email needs to be reviewed
To test if this is a specific printer's issue:
1. Replace the printer's email address with yours at: Fulfillment Configuration Menu > Printers
2. Connect to the Circulation Desk Location
3. Select Alma [F2] > Pick from Shelf > Print Slip
4. Alma posts: "Slip was printed successfully"
5. Email is received at the test email address
