    Resource Sharing - receiving problem

    Problem Symptoms:
    When receiving borrowed resource sharing items from the partner, get the error message "Item cannot be loaned to patron - insufficient due date".

    Cause:
    Reason for this is often that that there are no opening hours configured for the Resource Sharing Library:
    Fulfillment Configuration > Select your resource sharing library in the "You are configuring:" drop down  > Opening Hours

    Resolution:
    Please configure Standard opening hours for the Resource Sharing Library and this should resolve the error.
