    Trial shows as Draft status but should be Active

    Problem Symptoms:
    Trial dates are active
    Resource is active
    The trial, however, is still showing a status of "Draft"

    Cause:
    The job "Trials - Start and Notify Participants" hasn't run yet

    Resolution:
    The Trial status will change from "Draft" to "Active" after running the job "Trials - Start and Notify Participants"
