    Un-receive Items for a POL - is this functionality always enabled?

    An order record was accidentally received. Trying to unreceive the POL - it can no longer be found in the Receive workbench.
    Is it because in our workflow? We don't check "Keep in Department". Is unreceiving not enabled in this case?


    Correct. The un-receive feature applies only if the POL is still in the receiving department and has no requests or interested users associated with it.
