    Universal Viewer does not display a file

    Description

    When using the Universal Viewer for a PDF file, the file keeps loading forever without showing the file as expected.

    Resolution

    Universal Viewer is not supported for PDF files yet. While this extended support is on the roadmap, it currently works for image files only (tiff, jpeg etc).

    In order to suppress the Universal Viewer link for unsupported file types, you should configure the viewer services (in Configuration > Fulfillment).
