Question:

Is it possible to change an item due date past the user expiration date?

Answer:

Currently this is not an option. In order to have a date past the user expiration date, the user expiration date must be modified and then the loan can be modified to a new due date.

Do note: Though changing a due date via API can circumvent this restriction, it will be corrected the next time the Due Date Correction after Calendar Change job is run.
