Description

When creating a user via the "Contact People" tab of a vendor record, it is created without a primary id.

Resolution

This is not a defect. Contact people from vendor records are not supposed to do fulfillment operations or to log in to Alma, so they don't actually need a primary id.

Note that what we call primary id in Alma, is actually not the primary identifier in the database - that is what the "user id" is used for that you can find in Analytics but not in the Alma UI.
