Description

Item records contain one or more internal notes. However, we noticed that these internal notes are not internal, as they can be seen by other institutions sharing our network zone.

Resolution

"Internal" refers to visible for staff members only. These notes can't be accessed by patrons.

It does not mean that they are hidden from other institutions.

It is by design that also internal notes are shared across institutions.
