    Question

Where does the P2E migration process pull the field/subfields that contain electronic link, provider and notes information from the bibliographic record, or the MARC holdings record?

    Answer

The field/subfields for electronic link, provider and notes information (e.g. 856 $u, 856 $m, 856 $z) are taken from the holding records that were originally migrated to Alma as physical resources.
If there's no holding record, the field/subfields are taken from the bibliographic records.
The field/subfields for electronic link, provider and notes information must be specified in the P2E section of the migration form.
