    Question

Why are emails in vendor and user records SCRUBBED?

    Answer

Throughout implementation, all migrated email addresses are scrubbed (anonymized) to ensure no stray communications are sent to external parties during testing. These addresses are unscrubbed upon Go-Live in coordination with your Ex Libris project management team.

    Additional Information

If you wish to test communication, such as overdue letter email, simply remove the SCRUBBED from the email address. Then alert your Ex Libris project management team so that they can add the email address to the Allowed Emails list.
