If you wish to test communication, such as overdue letter email, simply remove the SCRUBBED from the email address. Then alert your Ex Libris project management team so that they can add the email address to the Allowed Emails list.

There is no patron status in Voyager, so all patrons are mapped as “Active.” However, when you go to the 'manage patron services', you get the error message (block) that Patron is expired.
