    Question

Why do all of the users that migrated from Voyager have a status of Active even though they are expired?

    Answer

There is no patron status in Voyager, so all patrons are mapped as “Active.”
However, when you go to the 'manage patron services', you get the error message (block) that Patron is expired.

    Additional Information

Expired means that the expiration date on the user record has passed.
