Why is a "Please select a value" error thrown when relinking to another bibliographic record in Alma?

Some reasons why this error can occur when using the "Relink to another Bibliographic record" button are below:

1) The radio button to select the holdings record was not selected. There is a known issue with Alma's user interface that hides the selectable radio button. Resizing the column should make the button visible again, so it appears like this:

2) This error can occur when you have selected a bibliographic record which does not have an associated holdings record. Please select a different bibliographic record or create a new holdings record using the "Add new holdings" button.
