normalization rules created by others cannot be deleted

Problem Symptoms:
We cannot delete normalization rules that were created by others.
Cause:
Insufficient role assignment
Resolution:
You need the role Catalog Administrator in order to be able to delete all normalization rules.

Go via "Resource Management" / "Configuration Menu" / "Metadata configuration" / "Normalization".
