    Problem Symptoms:
    Being "Currently at" certain Acquisition Departments, shows the above error when processing items (e.g. in Scan In)

    Cause:
    The Work Order setup should be completed.

    Resolution:
    1. Click: Alma > Configuration Menu (under: ADMINISTRATION > General Configuration)
    2. Select the filter: "You are configuring" and select the Location which serves this Work Order
    3. Click: "Work Order Departments"
    4. Find the Work Order and click: Actions > Edit
    5. Click: Actions > Manage Departments, or: Manage Statuses (depending on the error message) > complete the setup (add Status or add "Served Libraries")
    6. Save
