parameter shortened due date notifications cannot be changed

Description

When trying to change the parameter shortened_due_date_notifications (in Fulfillment Configuration Menu > Other Settings), an error message "Unable to update mapping table" is displayed.

Resolution

The available options are EMAIL, MESSAGE and MESSAGE_EMAIL.

These values must be entered in upper case. Entering them in lower case will result in the above error message.

Note that the original documentation showed these values in lower case, leading to confusion.
