Fulfillment - February 2018 Enhancements

The following changes were made in the Fulfillment functional area for this release:
- For articles, Volume and Issue fields were added to the Alma patron/staff digitization requests.
- On the Manage Fulfillment Sets page, statuses that are no longer applicable were removed from the Loan status field. The values are now:
- Normal
- Recalled
- Renewed
- Lost
- Claim Returned
- Any

Idea Exchange: Overdue blocks for active loans (that were created by the Loans - Overdue and Lost Item job) will be removed during loan renewal. For more information, see Configuring User Blocks Due to Overdue Loans. - The URL field of the Discovery Interface integration profile has language as a new parameter. The URL can include the string lang={lang_code}. See Configuring the Delivery Tabs.
