Network Zone Information Available in Alma Analytics
You can now create reports in Alma Analytics containing information from the Network Zone.
To support this feature, the Portfolio Details for Consortia dimension was added to the E-Inventory subject area. Use the fields from this dimension to create reports containing information from the Network Zone.
The fields in the Portfolio Details for Consortia dimension will be organized into sub-folders in the next release; therefore, reports created with these fields should not be saved.

Only the fields from the Portfolio Details for Consortia dimension should be used when creating reports with data from the Network Zone.
The following is an example report showing the number of portfolios in the Network Zone and the member institution:

In addition, the new Available for My Institution field was added. It indicates (yes/no) if a portfolio is available for your institution.

CLA/DCS Link Field Added to Course Reserves
The CLA/DCS Link field was added to the Reading List Citation dimension of the Course Reserves subject area. This field displays the link to the full-text content at the DCS for UK customers.

Additional Analytics Enhancements
- The following reports were added to the Usage via COUNTER Reports dashboard:
- Usage Data - Usage amounts for all material types for three calendar years ago until current date
- Usage Data - Usage amounts for all measure types for three calendar years ago until current date
- The Material Type field was added to the PO Line dimension in the following locations:
- Cost Usage > PO Line
- E-Inventory > Portfolio PO Line
- E-Inventory > Electronic Collection PO Line
- Funds Expenditure > PO Line
- Physical Items > PO Line

- Ten most effective funds purchasing high usage material
- Cost per use - cost per loan per fund
- Cost per use - cost per loan per fund by fiscal year and Dewey Number
- Cost per use - cost per loan per fund by fiscal year and LC Classification code
- The Portfolio Modification Date dimension of the E-Inventory subject area can be used and is no longer marked under construction.
