Karger Platform Change - May 2023
Why are some Karger links failing???
Effective May 2, 2023, Karger introduced a new online platform of journals and books in partnership with Silverchair. Keeping pace with evolving standards and practices, the web platform offers a new range of features along with a simplified user experience and can still be found at karger.com. For more details see: https://karger.com/pages/whats-new
There are a few unresolved technical issues and the journal level links are not redirecting as expected. Note that article level and book links are already resolving to the new platform.
Karger has recently supplied new title lists for the main journals and ebooks collections. The Ex Libris operations teams are working to revise the journal links.
We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that the issue with the journal level links will be rectified in a timely fashion.
We will continue to update here as progress is made.
A list of the affected collections is appended Karger Collections-CKC-May 2023.xlsx
