All researchers, regardless of ability, need access to research information. Clarivate is committed to providing all our users with a fully accessible experience for research, teaching and learning.

At Clarivate, we make every effort to ensure that our platforms – including Esploro – can be used by everyone. Esploro is continually redesigned and developed to meet Level AA of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and, beginning in March 2024, to comply with the Section 508 standard.

The following Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) compliance reports for the Esploro portal are available:

    • Esploro Portal Accessibility Conformance Report Section 508 Edition 2024
    • Esploro Portal Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT/WCAG) 2024
    • Esploro Portal Accessibility Conformance  Report (VPAT/WCAG) 2022
    • Esploro Profiles Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT/WCAG) 2021

The Esploro hub is built upon the Ex Libris Alma user interface. For information about the accessibility features of this interface, see Alma Accessibility Statement.
