Intota: Data Retrieval Service (DRS): Provider Administrative Sites with Special Configuration Requirements

I want the Data Retrieval Service (DRS) to download usage reports from a provider whose administrative site requires special setup so that the DRS service can access the site, what are my options?

Amongst the providers whose administrative sites require IP authentication there are the following providers that address this issue in a different way and therefore their procedures are listed below. Following a provider's steps below will enable ProQuest to manually download your usage statistics reports via Administration-Based Harvesting.
Allen Press | IGI Global | Karger AG | Knovel | ProQuest (Safari Books) | Safari Books Online | Thieme
For most of the above providers, you need to 1) contact the provider, requesting that our ProQuest account be allowed to access your usage statistics, and 2) update the DRS Request Form's Add Library Note or User Name / Password fields. See below for provider specifics.
Provider-specific procedures:
Allen Press
- Contact provider to allow the account ProQuest to access your usage reports.
- DRS Request Form: Enter your account name in the Add Library Note field.
If you set up the DRS Request Form for Allen Press prior to December 2015, you do not need to take any action.
IGI Global
- Contact provider to allow the account ProQuest to access your usage reports.
- DRS Request: Form: Enter your account name in the Add Library Note field.
Karger AG
- Contact provider to allow the account Serials Solutions to access your usage reports.
- DRS Request: Form: Enter your account name in the Add Library Note field.
Knovel
- We are currently setting up a collection account with Knovel; the DRS Request Form and this article will be updated when the work is complete.
ProQuest (Safari Books)
- DRS Request Form: Enter your Safari Books Account ID in both User Name and Password fields. Your Account ID is shown when you log in to https://secure.safaribooksonline.com/bo3/.
- Note: Fill out a DRS Request Form for either Safari Books or ProQuest (Safari Books line entry); we will upload reports to that provider name. If you select both provider names, usage reports will be uploaded to ProQuest.
Safari Books Online
- DRS Request Form: Enter your Safari Books Account ID in both User Name and Password fields. our Account ID is shown when you log in to https://secure.safaribooksonline.com/bo3/.
- Note: Fill out a DRS Request Form for either Safari Books or ProQuest (Safari Books line entry); we will upload reports to that provider name. If you select both provider names, usage reports will be uploaded to ProQuest.
Thieme
- Contact provider to allow the account ADMIN 360 Counter to access your usage reports.
- DRS Request Form: Enter your account name in the Add Library Note field.
