    How can I contact ExLibris for assistance with a Pivot issue?

    For Support and Technical Assistance with Pivot

    If you have an ExLibris Support Portal login you can use the "Submit a Case" button in the upper right corner of this screen to navigate to the Support Portal and submit a support case for Pivot. If you have forgotten your password, go here to submit your email address to get your password.

    If you do not have an ExLibris Support Portal login there are three options:

    1.  Submit a request for assistance 

    2.  Call us

    2.    Request ExLibris Support Portal access by contacting us at information.systems@exlibrisgroup.com with your name, institution, and request Support Portal access.
