    Desired Outcome Goal:
    Add tooltips to tabs in the Front End Brief and Full Results for tooltips and mouseover effects

    Procedure:
    Add and configure the following rows in Advanced Configuration > All Code Tables > Owner = {your institution} > Front End sub system > Results Tile table >

    default.brief.tabs.links.title.recommendTab
    default.brief.tabs.links.title.moreTab
