    How to test a record in the Normalization Rules Test Utility

    Desired Outcome Goal:
    Test normalization rules PNX fields on a source XML from the ILS

    Procedure:
    1- In the Back Office, go to Primo Home > Advanced Configuration > Full Normalization Rule Configuration
    2- Edit the rule set and enter the required field
    3- Scroll down to the "Testing" section, choose a record from the list and click on "edit record"
    4- Click edit and paste the source XML.
    5- Click save and test

    Additional Information

    * The new added source XML will be saved permanently for the chosen record. Therefore, it is recommended to backup the former XML in case it should be saved for future use.
    * The test can be ran on the entire normalization rule set from Primo Home > Advanced Configuration > Full Normalization Rule Configuration. Click on "Test" button next to the rule set.
