    RTA is not working in browse results which belong to another institution

    Problem Symptoms:
    - Primo is multi-institutional
    - Each institution has its own data source
    - Browse is configured as cross-institutional
    - RTA is not working for records from institution different than the default institution of the view (calculated availability isn't sho

    Cause:
    The institution code of the view is being taken into the deep link parameters, instead of the institution of the record:
    institution=XXX
    &loc=scope%3a%28XXX%29

    Resolution:
    Currently being investigated by development (PRM-21273)
