    Question

Who receives emails if pipes/indexing fails? Where is this set up?

    Answer

The Back Office administrator will receive this email.
The Back Office administrator email address is the Contact Person which is set in the BO general configuration
You can configure the contact person at:
Primo Home > Advanced Configuration > General Configuration Wizard> Sub System : E-mail and SMS Configuration
'Contact Person E-Mail' - by default this is set to <admin@primo.com> .
If a process (such as a pipe, slice, or search agent) fails, an e-mail message is sent to this e-mail address.
