    Self-Service Migration Option

The transition to the NDE UI is designed as a self-switch process that institutions can manage independently. Organizations can move from their current UI using:

    • Readily available information and resources

    • Comprehensive step-by-step guides

    • "Go NDE" transition documentation

This approach gives institutions full control over their migration timeline and process.

    Cohort Training Program

For institutions seeking additional guidance and structured support, we offer a 4-week cohort training program specifically aligned with the NDE UI transition steps.

    • Collaborative Learning: Move forward together as a cohort with peer institutions

    • Practical Experience: Hands-on training with real-world application

    • Expert Support: Access to dedicated resources and expertise throughout the program

    • Peer Collaboration: Learn from other institutions facing similar challenges

    Program Structure

The structured 4-week program is designed to take participants from their current Primo VE UI through to successful implementation of the new NDE UI, ensuring a smooth and supported transition process.

Choose the approach that best fits your institution's needs and resources – whether independent migration or guided cohort support.

    Overview

The NDE Cohort Program is a comprehensive, guided training initiative offered twice annually to support institutions migrating from classic Primo UI to the new NDE UI. This structured four-week program provides step-by-step guidance through migration planning, configuration, customization, and go-live preparation.

    Who Should Participate?

    Primary Candidates:

    • Institutions planning to go live with NDE during upcoming release windows

    • Libraries seeking to self-manage their migration with structured guidance and community support

    • Teams that prefer collaborative learning environments over individual consultation

    Cohort Alignment with Go-Live Windows
    • November Cohort (November start): For institutions planning to go live December – February

    • May Cohort (May start): For institutions planning to go live June – October

Important Note: This program prepares your NDE view to configuration-ready status with basic branding implementation. Institutions requiring highly customized interfaces may need additional independent development work beyond the scope of this cohort.
