Which fields from my orders are searchable in the Alma Analytics?

Answer 

For your Rialto orders, you may wish to utilize the Out-of-the-Box report in your institution’s Analytics Catalog. Navigate through Shared > Alma > Acquisitions > PO Lines by Fiscal Year and Type. This report will display the following order values:

• Fund Ledger Code

• PO Line Reference

• Title

• Invoice-Number

• Order Line Type

• Library Code

• Transaction Amount

You can also create custom reports for other commonly requested order values which include, but are not limited to:

• Interested Users

• Notes

• Reporting Codes

• Fund Ledger Name

• PO Line Owner Library Name
