    Question

Why am I receiving the following error message upon checkout or approval of a cart in Rialto?: MMS is not valid. Remove it from cart or replace.

    Answer

This error message means that the record has been deleted. The record will need to be restored through the Manage deleted repository page (Resources > Advanced Tools > Manage deleted repository).

You may search for the deleted record by user, job, or date range. Alternatively, you may also use this XML code in Analytics to retrieve the deleted MMS ID for the record.

To use the XML code in Analytics:

    1. Open Analytics and go to the Advanced tab.

    2. Remove any XML code in the box, enter the XML code provided, and then click Apply XML.

    3. Click the Results tab to view results.
